Beacouse evryone can use it. For the second quest look the linux kernel it is free but I think it found its full potential, off course it is financied by industries and the comunity, but it is free..

ahahhahah si si ti sei spiegato benissimo è vero... vediamo... magari il Cestino lo potresti rendere "ROTONDO" e non un cassetto... poi modificare l'icone per la home non che così sia male pero magari qualcosina di piu...


P.S anche se devi lavorare molto cosi gia piacciono parecchio e le sto diffondendo sempre di piu

Devo lavorare ancora lavorare molto (e nn ho molto tempo libero).. Emesene e amule senza problema per rhythmbox mi sta un po sulle balle perchè poi è in contrasto con quella di quando è in pausa ... (non so se mi sono spiegato bene)...

About mimetypes: make just generic icons for audio files, text files, graphic files, and so on... no need to put a different icon for *every* mimetype.

Put more effort on stock icons, those are the most important ones on GNOME as its used on every button and menu. Also, the stock icons should look crisp at 16x16 and 24x24 if you wanna make a great GNOME theme.
