"Okay, here's the plan: there's a pony who works in the Rainbow Factory. Her name is Derpy, and she loves muffins. I contacted her and offered a deal; in exchange for some of that rainbow stuff, I'll give her this big muffin. I ask her to meet me outside, so we can make the deal, and get the goods".
At outside...
"I brought the rainbow stuff. Did you brought the goods?"
"Oh yeah, I have it with me. Give the rainbow, and its all yours."

"You welcome"............... "I can't imagine what will go wrong with those ponies and that stuff. But... at least I got my muffin."

A recent report released by the White House indicates that the violent terrorist faction is one step closer to acquiring nuclear weapons. According to the CIA, a "senior CMC leader" has recently illegally bought a large quantity of Liquid Rainbow. The highly explosive substance, a key component in rainbow construction in Equestria, is highly explosive, with the yield necessary to initiate a reaction.
The White House Press Secretary in a prepared statement has called the purchase of liquid rainbow "troubling," with "huge ramifications for peace in the Equestria region."
The Government of Israel in a prepared statement today has declared that "Israel is concerned with the growing nuclear threats of Iran and the CMC and will stand with the United States on anything it decides to do on the matter."
This is not the first time the CMC group has flirted with weapons of mass destruction. The CMC recently re-created a highly dangerous mind altering drug and tested it in their hometown of Ponyville, causing major devastation."
