Yeah, I don't know of any real rivalry that might prompt a petty nuclear strike...I mean Prince Blueblood got publicly embarrassed at the Gala (and I bet Celestia knew he'd have to be taken down a peg), the real villains already got harmonuked, the DD's are pretty much it.
Here's a rather morbid thought. Rarity had cancer, and the stone was used for radiation therapy. The cancer's in full remission now, but she's recovering from aftereffects...hence the false eyelashes!
