Description Done for my collage class.

This is an illustration based off of Shinedown’s album Amaryillis. That album has such a positive influence on me and really inspired me. Plus I feel honored, Brent Smith put it up on his twitter, totally made my week.

I just make sure I'm not being too friendly (so I don't sound like a crazy person) and just tell them their music means a lot to me, and dedicate an image to them. Sometimes if I'm going to see them live, I just tell them to look out for the piece (that's what happened with Cristina Scabbia) also, I go for individuals versus the band, then at least you know that the person you want sees it.
But it takes a while, and they are few and far between. just be patient
