Description This is Lisa, my little sister.

As you might know, Im practicing portraits, lately. I really suck at it, but after all, I'm happy with this result - although I spend like 5 (!!) hours on this one. Well, just used some grey pencils, nothing special. ^^

it's really good! portraits are hard...we had to do self ones at school <_<
the thumbnail almost looked like a photo. The only thing the keeps the real sized one from looking like a photo is the outline on her face, ears, neck, shoulders and clothes. But that's somthing a lot of people have a hard time with...my teacher had to keep reminding everyone not to do that b/c people don't have outlines. and considering yur an anime artist like me, outlines might be a hard habit to break

How can you even think that you suck at drawing portraits? ! I think it's awesome especially for a beginner. The drawing has a lot of personality and a positive ambience. It's detailed, soft and shaded. You go girl!
