PLEASE FULL VIEWDang her effect was difficult since this is a really powerful girl. With something like her...she needs to be sent back to the Extra deck.

Effect on the card:
"Silfer, the Sky Dragon" + "Obilisk, the Tormentor" + "Winged Dragon of Ra"
This card cannot be Special Summoned expect by Fusion Summon and cannot be negated. When this card is Special Summoned, card effects cannot be activated. All face down monsters are flipped Face up (Flip effect are not activated). Once per turn, send the top card of your deck to the graveyard, apply the following effect on your opponents side of the field: Monster - Banish all monster cards, Spell - Banish all cards in hand, Trap - Banish all Spell & Trap cards. This card gains 700 ATK for every cards Banished from this effect. This card returns to the Extra Deck during the 2nd End Phase.

I know it could at less been something a lot better but I guest if you do summon it you should win after all you had to tribute a grand total of 12 monster's total to summon it

I know. Its stuiped and they are only making a limited number of them that you have to enter a contest to enter. And you must live in Japan to enter. So they are making this card not only hard to summon but hard to get your hands on
