Description
I'm basing Cyndaquil's family on various mustelids, mostly badgers and weasels in these particular drawings. Here, I've based Cyndaquil on Ferret-badgers, animals I didn't realise existed until fairly recently, and that to me explain how cyndaquil relates to its more noticeably badger-based next forms. Pikachu is a mouse with a rabbit/cat face (feedback from friends and family states he looks creepy), while Raichu is a spring hare with the same face. The Sceptile near the top of the page is the first one I did, using iguana's for scale reference. The next one down is just an attempt at keeping it looking more similar to the cartoon design. The one near the bottom was drawn last and based on the green basilisk lizard mostly. I like that last one most of the three. Squirtle is a very happy tortoise

These were drawn with pencil and pen, coloured with... Yep, markers again. And more white gel pen for highlights and stuff.
