first things first!Layer 1 : Sketch - Normal
Make a sketch!
and to lower the opacity a 18%
then ...
Layer 2 : Lineart - Normal
Create another layer apart!
and repass the sketch in the layer
Then delete the first layer and the drawing will get clean
Layer 3 : Color Base - Multiply . them each
make layers for each thing you painted , that facilitates the work
Use colors in a tone not too saturated
select the hair with the magic wand and.. make a gradient !
or if you want to used the Gradient in all layers of base color
Layer 4 : Shade - Multiply
in this layer draw the shadows! them use the gradient , if you want .. XD!
Layer 5 : Lights! - Lighten
use in the places you want to give birth
End!

Interesting. I'm used to breaking my images into layers seperating sketch, lines, color, highlight and shadow. But there's something different here... I can't place it, even with the description...
