This is a project I want to use to help people understand other emoticonists better and to maybe help spread someone's work around.Rules stated here: [link]

The owner is obviously the owner of said emote.

Yeup, I don't have a limit yet but the highest request(s) I've gotten so far has been three OCs. I might make that the limit per person but at the moment it's (mostly) unlimited.

Well, you make the person's OC in your own style. Although you have to ask them for permission to do so of course.
