Always did like Scarecrow, he doesn't have super powers but like Bats he sure does know how to scare the shit out of you.

Yes!! I ever loved him!! For two reason, i'm a huge Wizard of Oz fan and he's the twisty version of the Scarecrow of the book/movie!! And because i ever think he's the real Batman opposite, he use same method but for crime and not justice! A powerful character!!
