Description
I just can't get enough of this site: pimpmygun.doctornoob.com/app.p…Now I don't usually like stuff like this, because others have an amazing lack of customizable parts. But "Pimp My Gun", From what I've experienced, actually has that feeling that you are making something that is yours. Yes, you have to use parts from existing weapons. But you're not restricted to those weapons. The game has enough options that you can make anything you want. See that rocket launcher at the top? That was made with rifle parts that were resized to make something new.
I guarantee that if you like to make your own weapons, you won't be disappointed is using this.
... God this sounds like an advertisement...

You definitely have the right mindset for PMG. You can visit the Flickr PMG group to take note of how to advance your skills. www.flickr.com/groups/pimpmygu…
You should take a look at Shock's (shockwave9001.deviantart.com/ ) gallery if you want to see what PMG can be taken to, among many other amazing builders.
Also, I accepted this into the group because I liked how much customization you put into the rocket launcher. The rest are what we call 'presets' - its not supposed to be derogatory, it just means that they lack the level of customization that is acceptable in this group as well as FPMG.

Care to explain the Presets part? Just wondering so I can avoid it next time.

Sure. A preset build is what we call, say, a build that has little creativity/effort put into it. To get something out of preset standing, one must do something creative, that involves effort... such as building parts from shapes, combining shapes with existing parts, and using parts in a way not at all imagined before.

Ah, OK. That makes sense. I'll keep that in mind for next time.

You've got some good looking builds here! Just wanted to open you up to some information you might appreciate about pimp my gun: on the flickr page, there are parts that people have built using the shaded shapes that you can use if you credit them when you use it. All you have to do is copy/paste the code into the "import" function on the page and make sure to check "do not clear stage".
Here's the favorites on my account there with a ton of parts that people have made, but check the user pages of the builders of said parts for even more: www.flickr.com/photos/12586362…
I've also got a few codes on my deviant art page you can use.
