I am taking part mostly because Rezzan is a good friend and she was really eager that I did something. So here you are, Rezzan...

I wasn't sure if I would have time during the week to do something, so I thought I'd better work on it today. This took me not more than 3-4 hours. Quite different from what I use to do (I am usually on the magical, nice side).
I have no clue why. It just happened...

Anyway, let's hope the fire doesn't reach the tree!

Stars:
handpainted on a black background with a natural brush, in several layers of different opacity. Then I added a gaussian blur and masked the final product to make them show only on that corner. Not easy, but fun.

I also used lots of layers with different gradients.
