This is an unfinished work... just showing steps I went through before deciding on the final version that I wanted to achieve: something simple, not a whole scene. It was a long, long process and I am using the silver lady on a different project.
I had fun doing it and my happy side added the small devils that you can see on top of the hills. I couldn't help myself... but I wanted to take it more seriously, so this was finally discarded!

I always believe that we are linked with the magic, my grandmother told stories about magic creatures and always told me that was true! Sadly she passed away almost 12 years!

First off, I am impressed that you used so many different things and were able to blend them. It must have been a very complex process.
The firey landscape also really impresses me as does the tree in the foreground.
I think most of my suggestions pertain to the figures. They don't seem to "Match" the background. The lighting on them is slightly different and they are too large. The way they are arranged I can't quite tell what is going on.
Though if you ask me, whatever it is in that landscape must not be good.
It certainly is an interesting composition though. Person could look round it a long time without running out of details to look at.

Yes, I submitted an unfinished work because I really like to be active when I can, besides commenting everywhere I'm asked
My works usually have lots of elements and the process is complex, it's cool to realize you noticed!
I'll work on the figures and see how the final result comes out.

I figured that more comments was better for everyone. I have three now and I still am not sure what to fix! So I think you can double or triple up too? I think there are a few I missed too

I like this one really well.
But as we are in the middle of a contest here are some tipps:
I think the gate is a bit too small for the persons before it.
When I think them nearer to it they barely make it through.
An dthe lightnings are a bit strange for me, I mean in such rituals there are always some form of patterns and here it seems to be a start of a pattern but there is no indication how it will be finished.
The persons in the front could also use a bit more shadows, when I think how the light is falling in, it seems like they not belong to the scene.
I look forward to the revamp version you create.

I actually stopped working on this one because I was again playing complicated scenes and I thought I SHOULD try to do something simple
Maybe my style ends being scenes instead of what otherΒ΄s do... I donΒ΄t know. But I wanted to try and believe me, it was not easy to simplify...
