Description
As she started to run for her life, Katie thought that perhaps it wasn't a very good idea to date a guy who claimed to be allergic to sunlight and garlic, as well as he insisted on meeting her in some old, forgotten ruins of a castle. It also struck her that it was slightly suspicious that he, in the letters he wrote her, had asked her what blood type she was. She didn't really have to bother with learning from that mistake, though.

This is one of those pictures that just comes out of nowhere. I sat down and decided to spend 20 minutes or so on a quick sketch in the GIMP, just to practise some lighting. Then an hour passed. And another. And a running girl took shape, a girl who ran away from something. I had no idea what this "something" was, until a vampire who materialized bats out of his own body showed up. And after 15 hours or so, I was looking at this picture.
Being all dark and spooky, I guess this is a warm-up for Halloween. Enjoy!
