Lacus Clyne and Athrun Zala from Gundam SEED.They used to be engaged, but Athrun's father broke them up. I like the pairing, and I think they look cute together

well, Athrun's dad broke the engagement officially. I think she already had a crush on Kira when they met, and when Athrun was more focused on the war than her XD

Sure. What programs do you use? I use PaintShop Pro, but I think Photoshop and Gimp can do it too, it's basically using the pen tool to draw instead of brushes. Anyway, I've made a tutorial on how I vector in PSP: [link] I suppose you can sort of apply the same principles to Photoshop.
