Some background:
When I heard about the Dahnah'Vahn Brains from Mr. Redfern, my mind jumped to a rogue of the race who became a perpetual (and ineffectual) foe for Mzzkiti, whom she nicknames Donny. Like a good comic book supervillain mastermind, he kept coming up with fantastic new technologies, plotting grandly, seem about to succeed, fail miserably, and make his escape so he can return later with another plot and another development. (Two examples: An electric arc based technology he uses to attack a very wet planet (short out!) and a sonic weapon technology he tries to use against spacecraft (no air!).)
What Donny leaves behind becomes a good source of ideas and development for the good guys.

Cool Been trying to get Bill to hint at an arch of some sort just to have fun... Any particulars to Donny that sets him apart from the rest of his race??

(Well, it's not like he's declared Donny cannon.)
The only thing distinctive about Donny would probably be him using a relatively primitive or early design mobility unit. I was cuing of an old picture of a Dahnah'Vahn before the hovering units were designed, so maybe like a Dalek with a brain-dome and tentacles? I can't exactly remember.
More interesting to me was the interactions between Donny and Mzzkiti. After coincidentally thwarting him once and then being called in to advise on his second appearance, Donny concluded that Mzzkiti was his nemesis and began coordinating his plots to target her. He's probably been incredibly frustrated because her transfer to the Pharsicle has made her "disappear" from his viewpoint.

I suspect when shot, the parasitically infected, cybernetically enhanced and sustained cerebral cortex screams with the voice of Nicholas Briggs fed through a ring modulator.
"Huh?"
I bet it squeals like a Dalek.
"Why didn't you just say that?"
I thought I did.
"Oy!"
I didn't think it was possible, Mapper, but you managed to make Mzzkiti look even more savage here than in the draft renders!
