Cartoon Eggman. I did that -just- now! About 10-15 minutes. I must be on a roll!The title. First it was gonna be just "Difference" but while drawing it the word psychotic came to mind because of his expression and that's just the general idea I have of him for some reason. Which is different from the idea I get of the new design, calm and collected. Even if he still throws a childish tantrum in the new game too.
This was pretty rushed but looks great for being so. Not gonna scrap it yet unless I upload a finished version.
