I am here to go over the good , some suggestions , and the overall impact of your work. 

The good:
I feel the black or a darker background in general , works well with the colors used here . I know the character features a lot of reds and yellows, so the black works as a good neutral for the colors. I am glad you differentiated her black limbs with the background, they could have easily been lost.  The texture in her hair is really  good too , you gave it bounce and movement. The sparkles are eye catching and help the viewer's eye wonder around the work , and contrast sharply against the background as well. You have a good sense of light and shadow , and I can see where the direction of the light is coming from , with the shadows being in the opposite, appropriate places. 

Some suggestions:
I have several things to suggest, but they are largely minor. The first one is the placement of your artist tag , I feel you only need to add it in once, in a hard to move yet discreet place. You have it on a total of three places on the same side and I feel it takes a bit away from their work. I understand the possible reasons as to why , I despise reposts and art theft myself. But measures of finding and preventing it should not get in the way of your artistic expression.  This is a beautiful piece after all. I say either pic one and make it more transparent , or get rid of all three and put a new name tag in the white of her shirt, slightly less opaque but in a discreet place. That way . if you see your art somewhere else , you and a few others know exactly where to find it , and can prove as such. It can be easily seen by others, lead back to you, but still keep the form and shape of your work. 
     Another suggestion is that black background with the black limbs. while I am happy you added a white outline around the arm , and the black is a good contrast to the yellows and reds , I still fell like a different shade of black or a different dark color should have been used. I know the original designer of the character made her that way  but you could always work around it or find different ways to work with it. Perhaps and off black with one or maybe you could add more to the background , give it a little more life. 
   Lastly , while the lighting is good , it is a tad confusing in some places so it would help to make the placement a little more clear here and there. Like how their is light behind her but also in the lower portions of her shirt. It also seems spotty on the hand as well. 

Overall:
It is a beautiful piece , with a nice warmth to it. I like how you shaded with purple here and there and the lighting and sparkle affects are especially nice. You made the character look absolutely adorable. I like the implication behind it too ,with the hand over her head adding to it , it is neither threatening now menacing, it looks comforting. which is jarring considering who these characters are. but it is sweet none the less. I know my suggestions may seem long but they are fairly small. In the end this is a really cute piece with a sweet idea behind it. I hope this helps , keep up the good work.
