Hiya, I'm here from and just want to start off by saying I really like the idea behind this drawing! All three characters are so sweet and fun, and it's nice seeing all of their bright designs next to each other. 
However, I would like to offer some critique. The first issue here is with consistency, specifically with the lineart. I would suggest if you line some of a piece, line it all. That means the hair and Spinel's... spinel. I can also see that you tried changing the color of the lineart according to the light source, but it was executed pretty poorly, mostly due to the shading and lightinf being very scattered. I would suggest actually drawing a circle to symbolize your light source(s) and then drawing rays from it to give you a clearer image of where the lighting and shading should be placed. And changing the color of the lineart isn't a bad idea, you just need to find a balance with it. For example, the color change on Dede's hand is so extreme that it's almost the same color as her skin. Speaking of Ded's hand, the thumb is bent so far inward that it looks like it's coming out of its socket, and I would suggest looking at how far your own fingers can reach and bend anytime you're drawing them. 
Back to the entire picture, I really love Dede and Bubble's hair, as the strands separate from the body of the hair are well placed. I think you should also add strands to Spinel's hair to again, improve consistency. Spinel's hair also has this strange texture that's different from the rest of the drawing, and her gem also has a strange texture. I'm not sure how you achieved that effect, but it's not a good one. I would suggest simplifying the gem and better matching her hair to the other two to make them look like they've all really met together in this piece. 
My final gripe is with the background, and how dark it is. It almost looks like a club with the neon lights. Since all these characters are very happy and playful, I would suggest using brighter colors around them. I think more  soft green and blue could be used in the background as well, as having it mainly be purple adds too much pink to an already very pink image. The spots Spinel and Dede are on also look very jarring and out of place, and I would suggest implementing them a little better. Finally there is a green part between Spinel's neck and hand, as well as Dede's hair. I'm pretty sure those could be cleaned up a little more

That's all I have for critique, this piece is very sweet and I like it a lot!

Hi! I have come from :iconprojectcomment: group (a group of art apreciation) and your art was one of the highlighted ones and im here to say that i really do love that art!
The background,shading and the details. To be honest i almost didn't regonized Dee Dee is it wasn't for her shoes. Bubbles is really cute! And let's not forget (better never forget,remember when pink forgot her)Spinel!
She is looking great and toony!
