Description
This is a vector redrawing of the VF-2SS Valkyrie II with SAP (Super Armed Pack), an aerospace variable fighter capable of transformation into a robot configuration, seen in the 1992 anime series “Macross II: Lovers Again”. Originally drawn in B-Club Magazine issue #79 by Shingo Takeba, I had vectormz.deviantart.com/ redraw the line art in vector art and then I tried to faithfully reproduce the coloring. This is one of my favorite dramatic drawings of a Macross variable fighter and one that I have wanted to preserve in digital for many years.
The vector art was formatted into a digital image of 14,500 x 15,000 pixels. Scaled down to 2,400 pixels tall for presentation here.
