Prayer Reverie: speedster. Based in Japan, on the Nerima Ward and currently studying at Furinkan. Clone hybrid of the original Prayer Reverie (himself a close of Mwu La Flaga) and Bartholomew Allen. Endowed with Newtype empathic powers and superspeed (with it the ability to run at Mach 3, read and withhold information at insane speeds, enhanced healing capabilities). The side-effect of his hybridization being an unstable hypermetabolism that pretty much threathens to eat him from the inside out unless he constantly takes a supressant.

Unfortunately, the suppressant turns off his superspeed-and when the time comes to save people, he must risk taking the suppressant's counteragent.

And sometimes the attacks start before he can inject himself again.

Rising Sun: An Alternate version of Kasumi Tendo, currently living in the Nerima District, occasionally working in the city of Chicago, Illinois. Endowed with 75% of Superman's Ability, proficient in Anything Goes Martial Arts (although not to the degree of Akane or Ranma), she's one of the premier superheroes of Japan, one that national SPBs look up to (well, those who know about her, anycase).

When one pleas for the help of the other, they both will do anything to fulfill that request. Including injecting them in the heart.
