I hadn't noticed her eyes; I thought they were just hugging, but yeah, she could be blind and Ms. Bellum could be guiding her...or something.

It could be hapenning as Miss Bellumยดs voluntary work, or a vist to a daycare center for blind kids like the girl above( strangely, that boy in a wheelchair who appeared on early PPG episodes disappeared on later ones - why? ); maybe, the girl just recognized her...
Ah, the sayings? I have some social work as well( thankfully, I know some real "Miss Bellums" too - I though that those people should be remembered as well )

Sweet pic, Marcos! I'm guessing after seeing the little girl's eyes that she is blind. Cool...she sure is lucky to have the compassionate Ms. Bellum as her adoptive mother!
