Weird thing is that I can see some people using characters on the Smash Ballot going like this to point out reasons to be in Smash. That or Krystal complaining at Nintendo for not including her in.

Funny thing is, Krystal was originally going to be in Brawl, but was cut due to Time Constraints.
In an interview with Sakurai, he said that he wanted Krystal to be in Smash. So... it's a HIGH possibility, for her to be in there! ^^

Yeah I did heard Krystal was suppose to be in Brawl, but replaced by Wolf at the last minute. And in SSB4 due to what was a Star Fox tradition for Smash, one new character for Smash. But no... It had to be 2 again, that frickin sucks.
