Radscha is a very derpy wyngling who is very "slow" by nature. She's always a few seconds behind in everything that's happened. Radscha also has a very optimistic demeanor and always tries to cheer others up. If she makes a friend, they'll be friends forever (at least in her mind) and she also gets along with almost anyone. She also thinks that she can perceive things with her psychic powers that she thinks she has but, due to her "delay" they always have seemed to have happened already.
