Hope it looks somewhat realistic. If not, plz give feedback. I know it should generally be the left arm given the position but this would be a decent hold if used to increase position.Right arm is trapped (not visible given the angle) and the fighter in control has good position to finish this.

I think this looks right. Tough to tell what is happening on the other side because of the angle but you can see the trapped fighter's left hand so it very well could be inside her foe's other arm. The top girl slides that arm under the neck and I think that will be that. Great image.
