Bubbleman, one of my favorite Robot Masters that I WILL cosplay someday (I got glasses and a GUT, all I need are tights <3)Being the first water themed robot, I wanted to pair him up with a more iconic Water Pokemon, case in point: Vaporeon. Eeveelutions are really popular and she's actually my favorite of the group, for she's the only one that's a different species.
This one took a LONG time, mostly cuz I'm trying different techniques and adding more stuff in the background, hope you like!

Yeah, the Bubble Jet Pokémon. That seems right. However, I think the Marill family is bubblier in appearance
Also, I really like Bubble Man. His theme song is easily one of my favorites.
