I had frustrations with this one, many effects that I wanted to add were not coming out so well. For example, I wanted Gyarados to have scales, or Waveman having drips on his cannon. In the end, I kept it simpler, focusing on details on the characters rather than the flashy stuff.Waveman (Capcom)

Wave Man to me always seemed like that fisherman robot with that harpoon weapon and all. And now he's got a personal giant fish that can take him places farther and faster to hunt his prey, whatever or whoever that may be. Fear this duo. XD
