Both Splashwoman and Milotic are feminine creatures of the deep blue: hell Splashwoman is the ONLY female Megaman has fought in his 25+ year career. I wanted to make her seem more agressive this time around, and Milotic seem mysterious. I had lots of fun goofing off with the colors as well.Splashwoman (Capcom)
