Surprisingly had more fun with this one than I thought I was. Flashman was always a strange Robot Master to me, what with his helmet shape and asymmetrical armor. However his power, more than makes up for it: this guy can stop time! He seems to be abusing it with his pokemon Lanturn, who not only shares the bot's color scheme, but also is known for illumination.Flashman (Capcom)
