By that logic, NapalmMan should be TankMan.
Napalm is supposed to be flammble liquids, and NapalmMan shoots out explosions. ChargeMan and GyroMan's names could also be question.

The reason officals call him FakeMan is souley because he's not a real cop. He's name for what he is, not what he does. And CopMan or PoliceMan would have sound obvious. At least, to them.
