Mega Man and Quick Man - in Super Adventure Rockman, Mega Man tries to convince Quick Man that Wily's plan is causing harm to the robots around the world and could harm him too, but he doesn't believe him in the beginning. Mangas are read from right to left and also one has to read first the right picture and then the left one(be it japanese, chinese and any other eastern manga)
Well, actually the manga Battle and Chase doesnt show any signs of crush from Roll to Bass(it looks like she is just giving thanks), if we see the complete scan we can see that Roll was happy and blushing while holding a paper that she was gonna give to Megaman and Megaman and Dr Light get happy, then Roll adopts a position of expressing some kind of teasing for the paper and Megaman discovers that Roll participated in the race and gets mad, Roll then gets depressed and sad(blushes disappear), then in the left panel Bass appears and explains the situation to Megaman while Roll acts like it wasnt her intention to make megaman angry, Megaman is recalled that Roll was helping Megaman out there against the other robots and Megaman apologizes while Roll holds Bass hand giving thanks; there are no blushes or hearts or anything indicating a crush and the only blushes we saw where for megaman and Dr Light in the right panel
Here we see Roll disguising as a racer and helping megaman, megaman later finds out and gets mad and Bass explains the situation, Megaman apologizes and Roll thanks Bass:

If we keep reading the Battle and Chase manga its clear that Bass was playing nice guy to take Megaman by surprise:

As for Plum??, well, i havent seen manga scans or a game indicating quick man has a crush on her(not saying he hasnt just not seen it), but in Battle and Chase manga seems Plum has a crush on Megaman and at least we get facial expressions and hearts on the eyes that depict that possibility while with Bass and Roll we get no indications of a possible crush, just indications that Roll was giving thanks to Bass

And well, as for Roll and Megaman we get pretty clear indications of Roll having a crush on Megaman both in games and mangas like Rockman 8 or Rockman and Forte(Bass) manga, even in the Megaman Official Complete Works we have clues of that:
Megaman Powered Up copy Roll implies Roll has romantic feelings for Megaman and besides kind of reacting as it was true she also confirms it with a quote she does while using the valentine custome:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=oc52-V…
Roll Valentine custome quote confirming what copy Roll suggested: "Happy Valentine's Day! I wonder if my secret crush is obvious? Tee hee hee..."
megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Mega_Ma…
As for manga
Rockman 8 manga Roll buys what seems to be a Honmei-choco(giri are not expensive and fancy) as valentine present for Megaman:

Rockman and Bass manga has plenty of facial expressions of that of a school girl in love:

That was my reaction. In mega man powered up, ice man acts like he is intimidated. He would not do well with air man.
