An AU I started developing for fun. Based on a specific artwork Toru Nakayama did that mashed together the classic era and MM Zero era.

What if characters, events, designs from all over the Mega Man franchise appeared in the Classic era?

We see Dr. Light, based on his design in Maverick Hunter X crossed with how Ariga draws him. Rock, based on MegaMan.EXE without the helmet. Rush, based on how Nakayama draws him, plus the red dog shown in an illustration of Giro Express. Mega Man, based on how Nakayama draws him, plus patterns from one of the MML3 designs, plus Mega Man Online. Tango. Proto Man, based on the classic mixed with .EXE, and his buster’s based on the cancelled Mega Man X FPS. Roll, based on Mega Man Online, plus how Nakayama drew her, plus Roll from MML, plus one of the heroine designs from MML3. Break Man’s head. Eddie, basically how Nakayama drew him. X, a mix of Copy X and the FPS depiction. The helmetless look is inspired by the official one.
We see Wily, based on Ariga crossed with his Battle Network depiction. King, based on King and elements of Colonel.EXE. Piano, an unused character Ariga designed. Waltz, from a drawing Ishikawa made. Bass, based on mixing his Classic and MMBN designs, and with his helmetless look being based on a doodle Ariga made. Zero, based on mixing MMZ concept art with Zero.EXE, and his helmetless look being based on Yoshihiro's design of him in the Manga. Treble, mostly based on streamlining Treble and adding elements from how I’d done Rush. And Reggae, with elements from Nakayama’s Beat and wings that make sense to me. All of Wily’s bots have Red Eyes.
Finally, on Cossack’s page, we have Cossack- based on Ariga, outfit from MMBN, smoking from Rockman Rockboard. OVER-1, based on his Duo design, mixed with Chill Man concept art for the added Russian feel, hair based on Volnutt. Duo, who was originally meant to be a Cossack robot- in here, I’m imagining, like Ariga had him, being reconstructed by Cossack when he falls from space. Ring Woman, who’s Ring Man crossed with Ring.EXE. Kalinka, mostly based on a mix of her X-Over version and Ariga’s depiction, plus the freckles from her MMBN concept art. Beat, mostly how Nakayama drew him, but with different wings. SkullMan, mostly based on his Ariga depiction, cloak taken from Prometheus. PharaohMan, mix of his MegaMix design, his colour scheme in the cancelled Mega Man Online, and Anubis Necromancess.
