As Pokemonlover suggested above, take this to a staff member. Don't spam the comments section of Mark's work with complaints.
If Mark hasn't discussed the situation with you already, it's a lost cause.
I doubt any of us here are happy with Mark's decision to outright ignore you, and I'm not attempting to defend his actions, but your effort to "make sure no one else gets cheated" seems to be in vain here.
