I loved Pirates of Darkwater! I actually bought the comic series on Ebay just a couple months ago.lol Luckily my wife is supportive of my nerd-dom.

The only "pirate" show I've ever enjoyed---damn fine sci-fi/fantasy, even if it was meant more or less for children.

Sadly, these days the standard is a 22-minute toy commercial with 8 minutes of commercials.
I was more of a Tula fan, myself; I just hope the inevitable live action "reboot" does not suck like so many other attempts at "reimagining".
