The final cover to the ROM vs Transformers: Shining Armor mini series.
I had a great amount of fun working on this series. It's probably my favourite project I've worked on for IDW. It was a project that appealed to everything I liked as an artist, but still gave me challenges to problem solve. It was a book where I was asked a lot of input into characters and other things, and when I offered up some ideas, it felt like I my ideas were actually taken to heart and were used. I truly felt like part of the creative team which was a nice feeling.
It was a wild ride with this book. So much to draw and I couldn't have done it without My buddy Josh Perez who colored all the crazy things I did for this book. He worked his heart out on this series and I couldn't have been happier to work with him on it. He also did an excellent job in coloring this cover, which has a lot going on.
I hope we get to do something like this again in the future
