Description
so this is my attempt at a commission style art on colored paper.it was different working on it, but for the most part i like the way it came out.
i blame j scott campbell for giving me the bug to draw on colored paper. the good thing about it is i save on marker color, which is really good since they cost a lot of monies.
i'll probably be doing more of these at some point, but this is the test page.

The color paper lends a really good effect to the artwork. Great job! Soundwave was my 2nd favorite bot in G1.

I would say the test came out pretty good.
I can see why you would want to go with colored paper on a lot of Transformers, as they usually have one color that makes up most of their body.

each character is different, but a colored paper drawing of ironhide would be $150.00 canadian + shipping. you'd get most likely a full body image for that. shipping is $25.00 cdn, and it can be paid by paypal or money order.

it is. a little more interesting then just plain white.

and also the colour of the paper sets the mood for picture before you even started to draw
