Completely forgot to put this one up.I decided to give my watercolors and color pencils a go last year, and what better subject than an old wizard and his familiar dragon.
The scan is picking up some purple in the sky, which isn't there, and the watercolor paper (never using that again) is showing it's pattern. Well, now I know better. Anyways, hope you like it ^^

and watercolor paper often use at large (really lagre) size so pattern doesn't noticed %)

I think its wonderful with the pattern
i often also have the problem with the texture being to prominent but with your clean way of painting it works just perfect
