Elle sut à cet instant, que tout son travail pour arriver à ce moment de sa vengeance, ce moment qu’elle attendait depuis si longtemps, fut réduit à néant par son impulsivité puérile. Que sa vengeance ne sera jamais accomplie et qu'elle allait mourir entre la poigne d'acier du mage-sorcier qui l’entraînait vers une fin certaine. Sa fureur première fut balayée par une profonde vague de tristesse. Sa rage se muant en frustration.

D'une voix rauque et sépulcral il éructa :

"Mais qu'avons-nous là ?
"Lachez moi ! Une terreur indicible transparaissait dans sa voix chevrotante
"Je m’ennuyais et voici que tombe dans mes griffes un jouet bien amusant. Ma soirée prend maintenant une meilleur tournure.

ENGLISH

But the mage-sorcerer did not care much and by a twirl faster than lightning, easily seized the young warrior like a disjointed puppet. She knew then, that all her work to get to that moment of her vengeance, that moment she had been waiting for so long, was brought to naught by her childish impulsiveness. That her revenge would never be fulfilled and that she would die between the steel fist of the wizard-mage who was leading her to a certain end. Her first fury was swept away by a deep wave of sadness. Her rage turning to frustration.

In a hoarse, sepulchral voice he belched:
"But what is this ?

"Let me go ! Unspeakable terror shone in his quavering voice

"I was bored and here a funny toy falls into my clutches. My evening is now taking a better turn.
