     La déception est un faible mot pour exprimer ce que ressentait Kha Halina.

     Depuis la dernière fois qu’elle l’avait vu, Verl avait acquis plus de puissance, plus de force, plus de noirceur. Elle s’en voulait d’avoir oublié cela dans l’évolution prévisible du personnage. Depuis son enfance elle n’avait qu’un seul but. Pour cela elle avait fait beaucoup de sacrifices et s’était formée au fil des années, passant de rude épreuve afin d’arriver à un niveau de combattante convenable, voir plus.

     Verl s’est donc enfui vers un ailleurs, un ailleurs qu’il faudra chercher maintenant, car Kha Halina n’abandonne pas, sa détermination étant toujours aussi vivace. De nouvelles investigations sont donc nécessaire, mais elle savait au fond d’elle même qu’un individu tel que Verl ne peut pas passer inaperçue, qu’il réapparaîtra bientôt dans de sordide histoires ou rumeurs véhiculées par les marchands et autres itinérants.

     Pendant que Ivhy s’occupait de guider les prisonniers libérés de leur geôle vers un buffet rapidement monté sur une des terrasses du château, El Ava s’interrogeait sur cette jeune femme, mystérieuse et intrépide. Elle ne la connaissait pas, mais sentait en elle une force qu’elle n’avait jamais rencontré auparavant, même chez sa sœur. Et cela l’intriguait.

     Il faudrait quelle et sa sœur ait une discussion avec cette jeune guerrière, car apparemment elles avaient le même objectif, objectif qui pour l’instant n’est pas atteint.

     En regardant la jeune femme sous la lumière naissante du nouveau jour, autre chose la troublait et El Ava ne savait pas quoi.

     Disappointment is a weak word to express what Kha Halina felt.

     Since the last time she had seen him, Verl had gained more power, more strength, more darkness. She blamed herself for forgetting that in the character's foreseeable development. Since her childhood she had only one goal. For that she had made many sacrifices and had trained over the years, going through severe tests in order to reach a decent level of fighter, or even more.

     Verl therefore fled to an elsewhere, an elsewhere that will have to be determined anew, because Kha Halina does never give up, her determination being as strong as ever. Further investigation is therefore necessary, but she knew deep down that an person like Verl cannot go unnoticed, that he will soon reappear in a sordid story or rumor carried by merchants and other travelling people.

     While Ivhy was taking care of guiding the prisoners released from their jail to a buffet quickly set up on one of the castle's terraces, El Ava wondered about this young woman, mysterious and intrepid. She didn't know her, but felt within her a strength she had never encountered before, even in her sister. And that intrigued her.

     She and her sister should have a discussion with this young warrior, because apparently they had the same goal, which has yet to be achieved.

     Looking at the young woman in the dawning light of the new day, something else troubled her and El Ava didn't know what.
