I'm working on a sculpture as well, it's highly detailed work for me and I was wondering.
Was the finish that you placed on this sculpture hard or did it take long? And in your opinion could someone new to faux finishes use them easily?

I painted it with a bronze colored acrylic paint then I dry brushed it with a metalic gold paint.

Great work, especially with the faux patina...looks like an actual bronze. How large is he? His pose and base gives him the aura of an ornate chess piece...
