The weird thing is Call of Chtulhu was my first thought before actually reading the description.. I have reached a new height of geekyness where I don't need to know about card games to recognise things made for the mythos XD
Right sorry long story short it screams Call of Chtulhu hah, the scribblings on the file are very... out-of-this-world (I just mean it got me thinking of the mythos instantly)
