Her name is Smiles. She was born in a test tube in a nameless facility, where eventually all her insides, (as fake as they were) were harvested and replaced with machines, till eventually she was just a machine. Though, we cut the story short because there wasn't a goal for the characters to reach. There really wasn't even a story line at all.
