Don't worry about having one character. Bruno is the only one I have, and in all those years I've never felt like adding one. Besides, there's too many of 'em around already

I don't think it's bad, in fact i prefer having one character who will get all the care he deserves

Having 1 character isn't a bad thing, it merely limits the relationships your character may have, at least without concent from other artists and their characters.
Marny is a very refined character in my eyes, he has a higher value than most for sure.
