I think the fact that he used the Prince of Egypt's music for background tells us something about why that one won...

Shouldn't have broken the other tablet. I think Commandment #13 was 'Thou Shalt Not Parody Mel Brooks'. ;D

According to Brook's character the 10,000 year old man, #11 was Thou Shalt Not Squint.

Nice
I really like the differences between both versions, it's very interessing to see how the same story can have different interpretations because of time and space.

Good comparison but I always figured that it was best to say that the animated one is good for showing at Sunday School while the original (remake) is something for adults to watch a movie form of the Bible.

Oh my God...literally. When I saw this on the Critic's Website, I knew I was in for something Epic.

This was a hard compare and contrast to do. I love Prince of Egypt and I love 10 Commandments.
Although, I've gotta say, I was pretty sure that the 10 Commandments was going to win because of its Nostalgic Value. I thought that the Prince should win, but I truly thought that the Critic was going to be Biased...I'm glad to be wrong.

And FWI...God is a pretty Vengeful B@$%@rd...I should know.
