Description I had intentions to make a minifigure of X considering that he was one of my mains (via a skin for Zero), in Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3. The fact that he showed up as his own character in Marvel VS Capcom: Infinite and a collection of eight of his games are on the way for all major systems including Nintendo Switch are an added bonus for me being able to make this. Considering that X is much more complicated in design to his predecessor, Mega Man, I wanted to put more emphasis behind this and went as far as making the eyes resemble the actual design of X, which I had not done for Mega Man. As a result, I am hoping to go back to my Mega Man minifigure to reflect on what I had done for X, but not Mega Man, particularly in regards to painting eyes and adding clay parts to the helmet.

Background:
Dr. Light is best known for creating Mega Man, but what many hadn't known for a long time is that he had also created another android similar to the original Mega Man. He named this creation X, in reference to x meaning endless possibilities in math equations. X was uncovered many years after Dr. Light's death, and it was immediately discovered that his technology was incredibly advanced for the time, as he was capable of self-thought, which robots were not known to have. Dr. Cain, who discovered X, attempted to replicate his inner workings, resulting in a series of robots called Reploids. Unfortunately several Reploids rebelled against their owners, being dubbed Mavericks. To keep other Mavericks from appearing, Dr. Cain set up an organization of Reploids called the Maverick Hunters. Led by Sigma, it was discovered that many Mavericks were affected by a virus that caused them to rebel. It's thought that X's partner Zero was the source of this, as he fought Sigma when he was a Maverick. Sigma eventually became a Maverick himself after being affected by the virus, which Zero had somehow become immune to. Sigma has unfortunately never recovered, and has been fought by X and Zero numerous times. X has recently appeared in several Capcom crossovers, including both Project X Zone games and Marvel VS Capcom: Infinite, after having appeared as an alternate costume for Zero in the previous Marvel VS Capcom game.

I'm hoping to get Zero completed at some point, but he's even more complicated than X. With his helmet and armor design, as well as implementing the ponytail piece that has been used for characters like White Tiger and Doomsday into his head piece, I have little to no clue of how I want to make him work as a minifigure. With that being said, there's no knowing of when I'll complete him.
