Description
Though they are crucial members of the League, the Brakiri do not shy from raising tensions with their allies by military means. Fleet deployments and even skirmishes they regard as natural continuations of diplomatic and political transactions. They are wary of war, though, having known its dire price through much of Brakos’ history.
It is, so they say, a most wasteful affair unless carefully planned and executed, surgically rather than with brute force. To rush into battle is only a way to prove one’s merit in death, when it is worth so much more to find merit in life. For this reason, the Brakiri Syndicracy regards the more war-like species with serious caution. Not only have they warmongering ambitions, but an air of irrationality the Brakiri cannot quite calculate.
