[::: Eldar Wraithlord Fanart :::]I didnt spend 30 mins on this ... so ... i guess its a normal piccy.
Wraithlords are cool y0. For those of you who don't know (ie, most of you) its actually meant to about 15 ft tall (i'd guess)
Prolly took about an hour. Mainly cos its full A4.

I love Wraithlords! Which is strange, coming from a Dark Eldar player..........I hate Wraithlords! They too hard! Splinter rifles just bounce off them, and splinter cannons don't even hit them! Time for my Dark Lances! Muahahahahahaahahah

That's damn accurate, even down to the marking on the front of the wraithbone carapace headpiece. Ever thought of doing warp spiders? They were criminally underrated.

That's good... i collected a whole army of eldar before i went onto Nurgle. Your opinion - is it possible that a group of Tau could be turned to the dark forces of chaos? Seeing as i don't play anymore, only paint, i would love that as a project.

I think Tau are too honourable for chaos. They remind of samurai - that they would sooner kill themselves than turn to the dark side! (cliche me do)

Exactly what i thought... which is annoying, becasue i would love to paint a corrupted Tau army... the models would work so well bloated and pustuled, or painfully thin and war-torn. And think of what you could do to the wonderful larger models... Anyway, chaos won me every battle i ever played with them. That's a pretty big win record, by the way. Do you know the general rules for Nurgle?

Personally i'm into cleanness and organisation, which is why i mostly like Tau and Eldar. I really like Tyranids ... but wouldnt collect them. I like em cos they remind me of ALIENS, especially genestealers
Oh yeah ... and i dont like dark elves. Again, cos of the dark side thing i guess, and also cos they seem a bit pathetic, they have liek ... hardly anything. Heh

I know what you mean about 1) Bloody Ork tactics! The one game i lost was against them, i just didn't have the numbers to match them. And it was one of those scenarios where i had all the heavy stuff, and the enemy had mostly infantry, but it was replaceable each turn. I was hopelessly outnumbered. Also 2) Necrons. Beautiful models, awful in practice. I don't understand. I will never understand.
I was always attracted to chaos because i could put time and effort into a more organic feel to the models... I liked something i could make my own, not just with different colours and poses, but with the whole body shape and size etc. It always scared the hell out of my opponents when i placed the army... especially the normal troops, with caved in heads, withered arms and demonic tongues coming out of their chestplates. The look on some peoples' faces... classic. Utterly classic. But i still really want to make a dark Tau army. What colours are/would yours be?

well, i have a unit of kroot and fire warriors, an ethereal, a couple of drones and a devilfish. So i have some stuff

The Tau do have a good base colour for the mian army, it works well with the themes. Honour malarkey. I'm increasingly hooked n a chaos Tau idea... trying to find some way it would work... thinking along the lines of honour bonding... stuff.
