sk00 dap da dap d000. p00Yup, still churning out the half finished messy jobs
i was actually gonna finish this up properly, but i ran out of room, again (image>>>canvas size>>> relative+3cm plz), on the right side, which is why the arm is kinda chopped off. So, seeing as i really was not in the mood to fanny about carrying it onto another pic, i just outlined the other arm and so on. It's not an exciting pic, he's not doing anything, i just wanted to draw Pred, heh, as i've never drawn him before. and he's a cheating fag.i mean, right. he goes invisible. he heals himself at will. he has thermal vision and shit. he has a cheating sniper laser thing, disc blades, wristblades, and infinite energy recharge thing! And a self destrust button >8o. Its gay playing AVP2 online against them, its liek "oh why dont just put "god mode" on -_-
Moop, anyway, its just experimantal, i should probably be doing a more interesting one later (h) or at least ... when i get meh tab :I

very nice, i'm a big fan of the predator. the alien you drew was really good too, especially considering you didn't use a reference. you're making me think i should upload some predator drawings in my sketchbook, but i don't have a scanner.

Great drawing, but I noticed the wonky head first off. The rest is awesome though.
Oh, and Pred is the hardest class to play as in AvP2. Try playing a deathmatch against a bunch of aliens and marines as a heavy predator for a REAL challenge. I'd offer you a match sometime, if I wasn't on crappy dialup still

You know a lot about Alien and so on......any interest in Preditor......like why they always call them Preditor? God damn I loved that film.

lol ... nope, i never liked predator as much as alien ... and i dont think theres as much to know about them. I guess they call them predator the same way the call them aliens ... its just an easy to refer to term i guess, rather than its latin name or something
also, why do people call Aliens Xenomorph? It's just a posh name for an alien. Predator is still an Xenomorph. :S !

Totally strange, I like Alien a lot but I can't ever see them having much infostructure as a Preditor community. But I always liked them just as much, both bad arse aliens. Theres a Alien vs Preditor film out some time. I have seen movie clips and as far as "thingy vs thingy" films go this looks by far the best as all preditor and Alien films ever consisted of was explosions, blood, gun fire, and plenty of it. Far better than these "horror" movie films. Tsch, stupid "horror" movies.

i do know some things on it ... like the predators are frozen or something, and they used to be worshipped as gods or something, and then get thawed out ... something like that anyway

I like the texture in this and the line work is awesome! I'm not sure if you meantioned what you used but I imagine it was markers? Did you sketch it before you inked it? At any rate the picture is insanely cool even if Pred can be annoying!

Nice work on values and detail. Just some errors in proportions which you probably saw when you horizontal fliped, but everything else is good. I can see Feng inspiration in this

oh ps, in passing, this is predator from AVP, not from the films. avp predator has more armour. i think the film version looks cooler, but i'll do him next time, without the mask (ps, pred without the mask RULZ >8D)

Holy crap that armour turned out REALLY well imo, superb body on dat there creature. 
BUTTT
The face. d'argh. It looks twisted, deformed in a bad way not a 'oh that creature is obviously deformed' way. One side of the head appears to be a different shape to the other, it just doesnt gel
Which is a huge shame. If that head was sorted this would be one hell of a pic.
BTW OMFG im loving the textures and stuff on this. the skin, or, what im guessing is skin x-x, of the area under the netting is freaking ace, reminds me of an orc

yup, the face is fucked. another benefit of having tab - flip horizontal tool. i didnt notice it was fooked until i was way too far into it. i wasnt even intended to upload it, ya know, it literally is just me playing around, and it turned out ok, people might be interested, havent uploaded for a few days so yeh, makes sense
