Description
A rather fantastic 1:1 scale model of the Star Trek phaser rifle I found here: [link] (he has many other great models so have a look).Had to have a few attempts at the grip as the card I was using warped a bit when glued. It makes for a brilliant display model and I built it robust enough for a bit of light handling.

Is there any way this can be used to make a resin cast?

I guess it would be possible to resin-coat the model stiffening it up for casting.
