Description
The full title is "Marwan Talks About Animation".I was meaning to finish this animation as early as September. Unfortunately, my family having to inspect and maintain our soon-to-be new house, and other family-related issues, prevented me from finishing this in time.
And I really, really wanted to upload this in my gallery as soon as possible.Full description is already in the SWF itself.

I really like the animation but there are some parts where he doesn't moves his arms at all. It would be nice if he would atleast lower his arms or so.

I had a really hard time animating, almost to the point of suicidal. :S
Although I had some books about it, I got on pretty well. I really wanted to make my work just like Kenneth Muse's work for Tom and Jerry, since I really didn't want cartoons to suck so hard nowadays.

I understand how you feel. Every animators want to save the animation medium from being a crappy medium. Myself, I always wished that cartoons should not be just kids-only, which is unfortunately the attitude of many countries nowadays when it comes to cartoons. (Maybe except Japan, but that's another story.) For example, keep in mind that those old Looney Tunes cartoons that today are enjoyed by kids everywhere weren't even meant for kids in the first place.

Yeah, at least its good to have a passion in your life.
I do really love how adult cartoons really were back in the 30's and 40's, they were even racist, especially Tex Avery's cartoons that are just really funny as hell.
You know, I think Disney in my opinion is the only studio that knows great of making great animation in general, but I wish they did really use the kind of humour that Looney Tunes had. But I think the early scenes of Tom and Jerry done by Ken Muse are honestly the most best piece of animation ever made outside of the old generic Disney pinnacle, although he did work for Disney before the 1941 Disney animator's strike, you just have to feel sorry for all those ex-Disney animators, and Disney was much more different since then.

here a bit critique.
you done great work, good expression, some pose and i like when you tapping the hand part (that was the best part) also you doing good at the lip sync .
I think you need give some enhance the animation a bit like giving some antics and cushion (just like the taping hand part).
But the most of important of animation is actually about the acting part. This part is not really easy to make. Most of all the body just stay still. Add some movement in every "pressing" word. Such as "WELL OF COURSE" you can make your body moving towards to the camera a bit.
And also when we talking about animation, there always talking about exaggeration. Just a bit exaggerate won't be harmless.

Okay I have to say thats probably one of the cuter things I've seen on DA. You did a very good job with facial expressions and variations with the eyebrows. Plus its the first time I hear Marwan talk, I like his accent

Yeah, it takes a lot of practice since it deals with time as well as emotion and shape. Those who take the time to learn and have the patience to do so can be good at animation

You definitely have some skill, though, it was a little choppy at the beginning, that could've been my computer. It's been acting a little off today.

Because of the lack of time. 
Also, animation job opportunities are continuously shrinking in Malaysia. I need to prove to those employees out there that I can animate, and now is a very critical time to do so.

Don't worry, I saved that one with a different filename, so all those animation I've been working so hard on for many months are not lost. Also, I always back-up my files, including all Flash files, once every month, so they won't be lost.
